Kolles & Heinz Union to miss Masters

The Kolles & Heinz Union team will not be attending this year's Masters of Formula 3 at Zandvoort, the team has announced. Instead, the German squad states that it wishes to concentrate more on car development ahead of the championship's next round at the Norisring on 28 July.

Although results in the 25-lap Masters race on Sunday will not count towards the championship, Dutch fans at the venue will miss out on seeing countryman Carlo van Dam at the wheel as well as Canadian team-mate Robert Wickens.

The duo are yet to score in 2009, although optimism is likely to be raised after this week's ongoing development progression.
