Nico Hülkenberg took his third win of the Formula 3 Euro Series season, having started the race from second on the grid. He took the win ahead of ART's Jules Bianchi and Jo Zeller Racing's Tom Dillmann
Hülkenberg and Mika Mäki, who finished fourth, have now closed up to four points behind leader, Edoardo Mortara. The Italian retired in the opening stages of the race.
Pole-sitter Christian Vietoris stalled on the grid letting Hülkenberg ease into the lead from which he never looked back.
"I am really happy with this result, nobody could stop me today," said Hulkenberg. "It is always nice when you feel all the pressure flowing away when you cross the finish line. Once again, the good qualifying, in which I was second, was the basis for this success."
